Comfortable stay despite hiccups

The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, helping us enjoy restful nights during our trip. The staff was friendly.

Clean property with nice design, and fantastic American breakfast. Centrally located hotel near to all the attractions, the centre/byward market, and town, parliament. About 10 minutes walk from Confederation Square.

friendly staff

Great place with excellent amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a saltwater pool. I remember when the staff helped me return documents I accidentally left behind. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay!

Incredible and cosy room and very comfy beds. Lots of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Best possible and decent location, a short walk to everywhere.

The proximity to Prova for dining was a highlight-those nachos were a must-try! The staff were also super friendly. Can't forget to mention the great hotel cleanliness too!

The cozy queen room offered fine city views. The friendly staff exceeded my expectations, especially when they surprised me with complementary breakfast while i enjoyed the northern lights outside.

concierge and staff very helpful and welcoming.

I saw when I got there that the hotel will be renovated. that is fine - for later guests - but i found the rooms very run down - paint peeling - door frames with holes and the bathrooms needing some repair. I was surprised at the disrepair and did not notice the renovations notices until later.

The pool is very large and my kids love to swim! This hotel has a great location for a tour of Ottawa.

The daily maid service left a bit wanting as they did not vacuum each day.
